Printed in an edition of 100 by Acme Bookbinding. An additional 10 copies, signed by Rocky Stinehour, are enclosed in a black cloth box and are bound with a set of letterpress printed type specimens designed and produced at the Stinehour Press as promotional materials. The book sold out very quickly.
